This Refund & Cancellation Policy explains our process for cancellations, returns, and refunds for orders placed through our website.

Our products are handcrafted, and minor variations in color, texture, or design are part of their uniqueness. Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
Requests for returns must be raised within 3 days of receiving the order. To initiate a return, please contact us with your order number, photos of the item, and a description of the issue.
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
Once your return is approved, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges are offered only if the item you received is defective or incorrect. In such cases, we will arrange for a replacement of the same or similar product, subject to availability.
If the return is due to a damaged or incorrect product, Loomora will bear the return shipping cost. For all other cases, the buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
In rare cases of shipment delay or non-delivery due to unforeseen logistical issues, we will communicate the updated status. Customers may request a refund if delivery exceeds 30 days from the order date, subject to our verification.
Loomora reserves the right to modify or update this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice. The revised policy will be posted on this page with the updated effective date.
