All confirmed orders are processed within 2–5 business days. Handcrafted or made-to-order rugs may require additional processing time, which will be clearly communicated before checkout. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
We currently deliver across India through trusted courier and logistics partners. For remote or non-serviceable locations, delivery times may vary, and in rare cases, we may contact you to arrange alternative shipping options.
Shipping charges depend on the delivery location, order value, and product dimensions. Applicable charges, if any, will be displayed during checkout before payment confirmation.
Delivery typically takes between 5–12 business days after dispatch, depending on your location. Custom or bulk orders may take longer. You will receive an email or SMS notification once your order has been shipped, along with tracking details (where available).
Once your order is shipped, we will provide tracking information via email or your Loomora account dashboard. You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website or app using the provided tracking number.
We make every effort to ensure timely delivery; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, logistics disruptions, or public holidays. Loomora is not liable for delays caused by third-party courier services or events beyond our control.
If your package arrives damaged or incomplete, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the package and product. We will investigate and take appropriate action — including replacement, repair, or refund — as per our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
Currently, we do not offer international shipping. However, we plan to expand our reach in the near future. Please contact us directly if you wish to discuss bulk or international orders.
Please ensure that your shipping details — including name, address, and contact number — are entered correctly at checkout. Loomora will not be responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
